Once the dam is removed, the water will flow freely, becoming healthy and vibrant. The same applies to your emotions. Once you heal and remove these blocks or dams, your energy will flow freely, leading to a much better feeling.

Meditation Steps

  1. Get into a meditation.

  2. Protect yourself with the white light

    1. bring down a white light from above, have it go into your head and flow down to your feet, then have it expand all around you, putting you inside a bubble made of white light. This will protect you.

  3. Imagine a location, such as a park.

    1. be as detailed with the scene as you can by picturing trees, flowers, feeling the air, and so on.

  4. Imagine there is a waterfall in this park, but it is large enough you can stand under the water.

  5. Get under the flowing water so it is washing over you.

  6. Focus on one emotion you want to release and picture it as mud and dirt.

  7. Let the water wash away the mud and dirt from your body.

    1. think of this as like taking a shower.

  8. Once all the dirt has been washed away, come out from under the waterfall.

  9. Once you are back on land, heal the space where you just removed the negative emotion with positive energy. For instance, if you removed sadness, bring in happiness.

  10. Then come back to the room you are in, get grounded, and open your eyes.
