Why You Are Struggling In Your Life

Do you have struggles in your life? Of course you do, because we all do. Every person on this planet is struggling with something, whether it is health, finances, social, or internal, we all struggle with something. If you were not struggling with anything, then either this is your last life on earth, or you are not being very honest with yourself. I asked this question in a survey on YouTube once and people actually wrote back, "No, I'm not struggling with anything." Which I didn't believe for one second.

Why Are You Struggling?

Let's get into why you are struggling. Now, this is going to be interactive, so I need you to get a piece of paper, because you are going to be doing some writing for this to make sense. Don't worry, you are just making a list. Do you have a piece of paper and a pen? If not, then this isn't going to be as eye opening for you if you do not write this down, so if you have not gotten that pen and paper, do so.

You are now going to start to write out a list of all of the things you are struggling with in this life. This might take you a bit to do, so be sure to take the time you need to do this. Now, when I say struggles, what exactly do I mean? Ok, let's go over this together. I will ask some questions, and if the answer is yes, write down what the struggle is. Don't write down yes, but what the thing is you are struggling with. Make sense?

Get A Piece Of Paper and A Pen

Do you have asthma? If you do, write down asthma.

Do you have low self-esteem? If so, write down low self-esteem. Get the idea with this? So, let's go over some struggles together. I am going to just list some things to get your mind thinking.

  • Cancer

  • ADHD – ADD

  • Learning disorder

  • Acne

  • Leukemia

  • Allergies – seasonal, food based, or other

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Bipolar

  • Schizophrenia

  • Autism

  • Any kind of body pain

  • Broken bones

  • Dating issues

  • Issues with your parents, siblings, other family

  • Can't have children

  • Miscarriages

  • Pick the wrong friends

  • Bullying – either you are a bully, or you get bullied

  • Child abuse

  • Car accidents

  • Feel you have to please people for them to like you

  • Tumors

  • Any type of disease

  • Lack of spiritual faith

  • Lack of trust in people

  • Lack of money

I think you get the idea. You are thinking about your life and coming up with a list of things you are struggling with currently. If you are struggling with something that has not been mentioned, then write it down. There are so many struggles we all go through; it would be impossible for me to create a full list. Think about your life, and the areas you are having a hard time with. It can be about absolutely anything. You may need to stop and take the time to write out this list. That is to be expected, since most of us go through many struggles in one lifetime. The one thing that is super important about this list is that you are fully honest. You can't leave out something because it makes you uncomfortable. That is what you want. This list will make you uncomfortable, that's the point to it.

Now that you have your list started, you can work on this later, but for now, let's get into why I am having you do this.


Look At Your List

Look at all the items you have written down on your list. Now, imagine that each one of those things is luggage, you know, like a suit case or bags for your clothes. The smaller the struggle is, the smaller the piece of luggage will be, but the bigger the struggle, the bigger the bag is. Make sense?

For example, say you struggle with seasonal allergies. That might be a small handbag size piece of luggage, compared to an allergy that can cause anaphylactic shock, which would be a much bigger suitcase. Make sense?


Add Some Trauma

You are going to add to this now and think about every traumatic thing you have ever gone through in your life. Give each one of those traumas their own suitcase. Now you should have all of the things you write down on your list, plus a matching set of luggage filled with your life's trauma. Now, if your life was calm and mostly peaceful, then this might be a small set of matching luggage, but if your life has been filled with trauma, you may have a lot more luggage to go with your first set. Again, does this make sense?


Add In Family and Friend Struggles

Now add into this pile of luggage all the struggles you have gone through with your mother, and father, and each one of your siblings, and family members, then friends, to co-workers, and eventually to strangers. Each one of the struggles you have had with these people all get their own set of luggage, where each event you have had with these people counts as one bag.

If you can imagine this, think of how much luggage all of that is. From the struggles you wrote down, to the problems with family, friends, job, traumas, and strangers. You now have this matching luggage set inside your mind that is filled with negativity. All the bad stuff you have dealt with in this one life is sitting in those bags that you are thinking of.


The Cause Of Your Struggles

All of that is what's causing those problems on your list. That luggage is filled with darkness, negativity, trauma, and just bad energy. All of that you carry around with you every single day, everywhere you go, 24/7.

Take a moment and let that set in for a minute. Then realize that all of that darkness you are carrying around with you is why you have all of these struggles in your life. All of that is from this one life. Imagine how much you are carrying with you from life to life to life when you reincarnate.

Everything in that luggage is bad energy that is sitting inside your energy system. Your energy system is made up of your aura, chakras, meridian lines, and your soul. Your energy system needs to be free and clear for you to be healthy, happy, and living the best life you can. How are you supposed to live the best life you can, if you are hauling around all that crap?


Your Energy System

Your energy system needs to be working at 100% for that to happen. Let's take a look at how the energy system works. Think of a pie that is whole, that's 100%. Now look at your list and take the first thing you wrote down. Now take out a small slice from that pie, because that is connected to that first thing. Ok, so now you are running at 98%, not bad. But look at your second item on your list. Take out another piece for that and you are running at 95%. Look at every item on your list and keep taking pieces out of your pie until you have completed the entire list. The size of the piece you take out depends on how important that struggle is to you. The more important it is, the bigger the slice.

Only you can see your list, but can you see how much of your pie is missing? Are you running at 100%? Are you running at 50%? Is it less than that? More than that? If you are running at 100%, then that means you didn't write anything down and your life is going along perfectly. That's great! But the majority of people are not running at 100%. Most people are running at less than 50%.

Your energy system is what keeps you healthy, happy, confident, friendly, secure, and living your best life. If your energy gets clogged with all this negativity, then you will be sick, unwell, unbalanced, and struggling in life. To understand how your energy system works, let’s think about a flowing stream of water. That is how your energy system is supposed to be. As long as there is nothing in the way of the flowing water, the water will stay healthy and fresh. But as soon as a dam comes along and blocks that water, the water then has to go around the dam, or it stops flowing. This makes the water stagnant.

All of those things you wrote down are dams in your energy system, blocking your flow of energy, which is what's causing those struggles you wrote down. You see the circle here, right? Blocked energy causes health, emotional, psychological and even spiritual conditions and struggles in your life. Blocked energy is what is causing your life to be the way it is with those struggles.

How do you fix it?

Heal each one of those things you wrote down. You have to let go of that luggage. You have to face your struggles head on and heal them. Sweeping crap under the rug is not going to heal your energy system or make you live your best life possible.

You want a tip on how to start releasing all that luggage? A simple tip is to take one of those topics and write about it. Get it all out of you and onto paper. Write down how you truly feel about just one of those topics. Then you can burn the paper outside, without burning down your home or the environment. Do this safely but get all that negativity out of you and burn it, release it, and get it out of your system. You may have to do this a few times for the same topic, but the idea is to consciously let this darkness go.

Another excellent way to heal is with meditation. Spiritual meditation gives you the ability to take all of that luggage and remove it on a spiritual level with your spirit guides help. When you do this, you change the energy system in your body, which heals and balances your energy, causing you to live a much happier life.

Maybe you have another way of releasing this negativity, if so, go for it.

As long as you hold onto all of that darkness, you will not be living your best life possible, no matter how much you fake it, or try to fit in with others to mask the pain you are feeling deep down or be able to run from your issues. Your struggles are within you, but they are within your control.

What about medical conditions?

Those usually stem from past life trauma you are still holding onto. So basically, your past life was filled with just as many struggles and traumas as this one, but if they were not healed in that life, than you carried those over with you into this life. That's why most people have conditions since birth, or conditions that show up out of nowhere or things they seem to struggle with throughout their life. It’s the same lessons on repeat forever, or until you change the pattern.

What do you need to do?

Heal. Plain and simple. Take the time to face your trauma head on, as you are the one who controls it completely. But, if you do not get the negative energy out of you, then your life will not change for the better. That negativity is what's holding you back from being the best version of yourself possible! Learn how to use spiritual meditation to heal yourself with the help of your spirit guides, as this is the best way to heal your energy, and get back to be 100%.

This is your life, you are the one who is in control, so it is up to you to fix it.
