All Sessions are with Zoom

All sessions are conducted through Zoom. Conducting corporate guided meditation sessions through Zoom offers flexibility and accessibility for employees, allowing them to participate from anywhere. Whether all employees gather in one location or join the session remotely from different places, the virtual nature of Zoom enables seamless connectivity.

Meditation Techniques

During the corporate meditation class, participants will use visualization techniques to focus on a calming scene. By engaging in this practice, they can effectively remove stress and bring in inner peace and tranquility.

Through guided meditation exercises that incorporate visualization, participants can learn how to remove the stress from within themselves and bring in feelings of peace and serenity. This practice enables participants to tap into their inner resources for relaxation to help them with challenges and promoting overall well-being.

During each class there will be a short discussion about meditation, followed by the guided meditation. Once the meditation is over, we will discuss the meditation, where participants can ask questions about their experiences.

Corporate Meditation Class

  • 1 Session: 90 Minutes

  • The session is conducted via Zoom

  • $20 per participant (1-24 participants)

  • 25 participants and more is a flat rate of $500

  • For any meditation skill level
